Itinerary
Starting from the Matera Center by car or other means.
Arrival at the Murgia Regional Park.
- Contrada S. Falcione with a visit to the rock church of the same name (alternatively it is possible to visit the church of S. VITO alle Murgia);
- Walk along the paths of the park: surrounded by typical Murgia vegetation you can admire breathtaking views and panoramas;
- Belvedere and the film locations: with its stunning view over the Gravina di Matera and the film locations;
- Visit the rock church dedicated to the Madonna delle tre Porte with its rock frescoes.
